It was totally random that one of his ads came across my feed on Instagram, I completed the questionnaire online, and within 24 hours I was already scheduled for a phone consultation. Honestly, I didn’t know if this was a scam company, since you can’t always believe everything you see on social media. But please take my word for it, they are legit! I bought my car brand new in 2024. Towards the end of 2025 I had started having issues with the battery dying. Furthermore, one thing my case manager and the attorney made clear was that there were different options on how the case could be resolved, and that they would try their best to get a repurchase, but there was no guarantee on the final outcome, and if there was no agreement by both parties litigation was the next step. Overall, the whole process for me took about 4 months from the beginning of doing the online questionnaire, to settlement and finally surrendering the vehicle back to the dealership. Thankfully, it didn’t come down to a litigation case because I don’t know if it would have been more paid out from the manufacturer, or less.
